From The Midlands:

A14 to Junction 51 A140 signposted Norwich, after 4 miles Turn Right onto the A1120 (signposted Debenham, A1120 Tourist Route) stay on the A1120 for approx 21 miles until you reach the A12 at Yoxford. Turn left onto the A12 (signposted Lowestoft), cross the level crossing at Darsham and stay on the A12 for approx 7miles. Just after crossing the River Blyth take the right turn (signposted Southwold A1095), through Reydon and entering Southwold, go over mini roundabout and take next right into Blyth Road, continue up track for approx 1/3 mile and you've arrived at Sole Bay Car Spares.

From The South:

A12 North to Junction 29 signposted Ipswich. At roundabout take 3rd exit, then merge onto the A14 (Ipswich Bypass) signposted Felixstowe. Leave the A14 at Junction 58, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A12 (signposted Lowestoft). Stay on the A12 travelling North towards Lowestoft for approx 30 miles. Just after crossing the River Blyth take the right turn (signposted Southwold A1095), through Reydon and entering Southwold, go over mini roundabout and take next right into Blyth Road, continue up track for approx 1/3 mile and you've arrived at Sole Bay Car Spares.
